Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

The Extension does not function substantially as described.
A technical issue prevents normal use of the purchased features.
Duplicate purchases were made by mistake.
The purchase was made fraudulently without the account owner's authorization.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds generally will not be granted in the following situations:

The user changed their mind after purchase.
The user no longer needs the product.
The user purchased the product without reviewing its features.
The issue is caused by third-party services, browser updates, or changes to ChatGPT beyond our control.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on the payment provider and financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear.

Refund requests may be denied if the product has been used extensively and functions as described.

Lifetime License

ChatGPT Bulk Cleaner is currently sold as a one-time purchase license.

The purchase grants access to the Pro features included at the time of purchase, along with future updates that we choose to provide.
